I hope to get it before the dreaded 55 hours and not at the very last minute…
Seems like the European users are getting the first fixes. Are there any USA users that have been restored yet?
That’s what I noticed too
My Experience – my albums in the Qobuz favorite library although listed as Favorites — the Roon Favorite click note is missing – if you click on the album in Qobuz and make it a Roon favorite it will reappear in Roon with its tags etc – I have more that 1000 in Qobuz favorite and do not really want to go to each to do this – hoping the solution fixes this.

i know it’s a looooong thread, so not everyone is seeing posts about how the fix is working… but i’ll reiterate: relax.
Everything will be ok and return to normal. (At least it did in my case.) Playlists, library, play counts, etc…
Again, nothing is missing, it’s just a communication/sync issue. Don’t try to fix it yourself by restoring databases, or re-adding items to library. Just let it go and it will be fine and we will look back on this time together with fondness and nostalgia.
Back up and synching normally in the US. I did need to reboot my Nucleus before my playlists were restored properly but now all good. Thank you team-

Ripped CDs still work on Roon.
The fix is there, but as has been said, it may take up to 72 hours for the data to be restored for all customers.
All of my Roon library albums are back on all three Roon servers (Nucleus, Mac Mini, and Dell laptop). I am now going through 4000 albums in my Nucleus Roon library and adding some that are missing on Tidal or Qobuz and deleting some where there are 3 instances instead of two.
This is mostly my own fault where I accidently deleted everything while trying to cleanup my Soundiz account before deleting Soundiz. DON’T DO THAT.
Thanks Roon guys and gals for getting this issue resolved.
@Jim_F - Could you please check if you also have this problem:
Torben
That’s the reason. The message was sent only to users who were logged in to Qobuz.
I don’t think a problem discussed in the thread can make local libraries disappear. Those are different routes that have no connection. I looked into your logs, and they look somewhat weird, I see that Roon is re-building the library (clumping duplicates, downloading metadata, etc) I can’t say why because all of your logs, except the one we are writing to are 0 bytes.
Given the above, and this thread is already a disaster, I recommend generating a new one so the team can go deeper after the weekend.
The issue has been resolved, got all the 5535 qobuz songs back without anything missing from the playlist or favourites. Thank you to the entire team for such quick work and effort. Cheers
UK here. Everything seems ok now. Some of my play lists weren’t showing up earlier, but all back now.
