Qobuz and Roon are aware of an issue affecting Qobuz playlists in Roon and are working together to resolve it.
What’s happening:
Navigating to Roon → Qobuz → Playlists shows an empty page.
Navigating to Roon → Playlists → Qobuz Playlists displays some Qobuz playlists, but might not display recently created Qobuz playlists.
Navigating to Roon → Qobuz → New Releases may intermittently show a red error message, even if the page loads.
Playlists created within Roon that include Qobuz content are not affected.
You can still access Qobuz Playlists via the Playlists browser: Roon → Playlists → Qobuz Playlists.
Cause:
This issue is an unexpected consequence of changes made to the Qobuz API.
Next steps:
Qobuz and Roon are working closely to restore full playlist functionality as soon as possible.
We’ll share an update here as soon as we’ve confirmed a resolution pathway and a fix is ready for release.
We understand how important playlists are to your listening experience, and we’re sorry for the disruption this is causing. Thank you for your patience while we work with Qobuz to get things back to normal as quickly as possible.
We’d like to invite users to join #earlyaccess to test the fix. Please see this article to migrate your RoonServer and Remotes to the EarlyAccess track.
Issue is still present with the early access 1567 release installed. See screenshots attached. None of my Qobuz favorite tracks are showing in Roon. Everything else works fine.
I’ve upgraded to the Early Access version, and the error message has gone away, but I still do not have access to my favorited tracks in Qobuz from my Roon server.
