However they are missing in my Roon library. If I open one of the albums in question in Roon, Roon offers to ‘add it to library’, which it should not if it already favorited in Qobuz.
An album which I just now favorited in Qobuz has propagated through to the Roon library, but none of the others. I have logged out of Qobuz and back in in Roon. No difference.
Thanks @Dirk_De_Taey
It doesn’t look like the same issue. In my case roon sees my Qobuz favorites under the myqobuz section (first screenshot). roon does not see them under the albums section (third screenshot).
I have a large list of Qobuz Favorites. They appear in the Qobuz section of roon as they should. This is actually expected, if confusing, behaviour. In the “My Qobuz” section you are looking directly at Qobuz content, so if you call up that album’s detail, you are still looking at it in Qobuz and you get the “add it to library” option irrespective of whether it’s already in your library or not.
Good point - I have merged everything into the one topic.
I’ve put it into the Support category because there does seem to be a discrepancy here: the albums listed as Qobuz favourites should indeed be appearing in the Roon Library.
I have just forced a sync. It was completed in about one second and the Qobuz favorites still do not show in the albums section.
The fact that the sync completed so quickly looks like something is not right here.
six days later still no Qobuz favorites in my album view, expect for the ones I newly added in the last few days.
I would really appreciate a feedback from @support on this
Sorry, I was quite busy the last week.
I have reset the database as you described. I have added Qobuz as a service. Not yet added my music folders on the NAS.
The Qobuz albums have been imported , but not the covers. It looks like this currently:
Since today I have the similar issue. Most likely because of the hiccup with metadata.
Several Qobuz album images in my library are gone now. I restarted Roon Server but that did helped. I also followed your steps and temporarily removed the content of the /Cache folder. But that did not helped either. Please how can we solve this issue?
Edit: I investigated this issue something futher. Found out that Qobuz album images are missing (but certainly not all) in the recently played, the recently added and the history lists. But when I look into my favorite albums in the Qobuz menu item then all the images are there.
(For your information: I am running Roon Server Early Access. I updated today to Build 1373 but that did not solved the issue.)
@benjamin I have also added back the storage folders on my NAS now and all the albums are back in the Roon library. However now I have another issue. All my album merges and groupings of the last five years have disappeared and my library is a complete mess. How can I get all my work back?
I have now restored a backup from a week ago and I have my library edits back. I hope the Roon experts have another way to get the qobuz favorites back into the library short of nuking everything.
EDIT: The Qobuz favorites are coming back one by one. Keeping my fingers crossed
