Description of Issue

I recently bought a used, “broken” Nucleus Rev. B. The reason for it not working was its internal m.2 (boot) drive, which was just dead. The box is now a ROCK, and I’d like to get it turned into a true Nucleus again — I understand there are some differences in thermal handling.

Go to Support and click the big Get Help button. On the resulting page for New Technical Support Request, click the Start button. Choose the „trouble with Nucleus hardware“ option:

Select your Nucleus model, then choose the „I replaced the SSD“ option:

Thank you so much. Believe it or not, I yesterday just did not see the “Get Help” button. It’s probably too big!
Thanks again!
