Hello @CR_NYC,

Thanks for the report — just to clarify before we proceed:

Are the crashes happening in the Roon Remote app or in Roon ARC?
Both apps behave differently on iOS, so this will help us narrow things down.

If possible, could you also record a short screen video showing the crash (just 5–10 seconds)?

Thanks for sharing that video. This behavior looks very similar to an issue we are already aware of and have a fix pending:

As mentioned in the thread, you can opt to try Early Access to resolve the issue, or if you would like to wait for the production release, you can uninstall and reinstall the Roon app just on the iPhone, and then the UI shouldn’t crash on startup, but note you may run into the same bug with a different album.

Finaly. This problem has been going on for too long. Waiting for final fix version for synology roon server.

Still having the problem of roon crashing when i click on certain albums. The software updated but didn’t seem to fix the problem, in fact it got worse. I can’t research anything now….please help
