My arc gives the poor connection/ retry but hasn’t worked for my entire holiday in ZA. It was working fine in the UK before I left, real shame as this would have been a great feature to exploit whilst away.
Sorry if this has already been answered but is this fixed as far as Roon support goes or should I be opening a support case? There is little I can do to fix something with the core remotely though?
I looked at the support piece under FAQ and it implies I should raise a new topic. This one though appears in flight and there hasn’t been any update from support for 6 days implying it is still in error.
Is this fixed for everyone and if so does anyone know what I should do?
Yes, the service outage was fixed days ago. If you’re still having trouble, you should open a new support request and fill out your setup details in the post’s template.
