Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so they have a clear understanding of how your devices are connected.

Thanks so much for letting us know you’re experiencing an issue as well - if this is still happening, would you please let us know more about it? @Carl has perfectly outlined what is the best information to share.
The issue I was having (Roon occasionally losing connection to LS50 between tracks) has been completely resolved by the latest update - 1.8 Fall 2021 release. Thanks for making the optimizations to the latest release; things are now running perfectly.
