I wish I had some better news to share, but based on your Roon admin, it appears that you’re running a Roon Server machine that is unlicensed through Roon, and therefore falls outside the scope of our support.

That said, we have a dedicated area of community for those who run Roon in an unsupported setup, who may be able to help further - our Tinkering category. I can move your thread here if you’d like - let me know!
Unfortunately, only the Gato Audio Dia 250S is certified Roon Ready, and it appears that the 250S NPM seems to be a separate device, which is uncertified, so we cannot guarantee full functionality. For basic troubleshooting, I’d start with simplifying your network connections, and reboot your primary router to see if you’re able to re-establish connection.
