I’m having a RAM memory issue with Roon on my QNAP NAS.
A few months ago after some update (Roon? of QTS?) my QNAP NAS was completely crashed.
After some research it turned out that Roon is completely taking all the RAM memory.
I thought maby this is a bug and it will be fixed in an update (Roon and/or QTS) but now a few months (inclusding some updates) later I’m still having the same isse.
There might just not be enough RAM available for Roon and what it tries to do.
If you need help, expect Roon Labs support to have a look at your log files or in general expect more than other users blindly guessing, then please create a thread in the Support category. Make sure to fill out the template and provide as much additional information (logs from the NAS, memory usage graphs, etc.) as possible. See also:
