+1 here. Same error message yesterday. Rebooted server, router, switched limit to library on/off several times, signed out/in to Tidal.
Happened occasionally over last month or so.

Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so we can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.
