You are correct, this thread started March 19. Somehow I looked at the wrong date.
I meant that if you experienced it significantly before anyone else, then it was possible that it might not be the same issue. But clearly I was mistaken
Anyway, you asked where the known issue is and if they can’t fix it, and I pointed you to this information, so maybe that helps
· Roon randomly freezes between songs, and the only fix is to skip to the next song (which makes you miss one). I'm running Windows 11, have recently upgraded both my modem and my router, plus the cable with a decent Blue Jean straight from the router to a Roon Nucleus One. I strictly use Qobuz for streaming and have signed in and out, cleared my cache, and took out the garbage (just kidding). I've tried everything, and it does this on both an Aurender N150, and a Gustard X-30 via it's streamer (both Roon Ready). Ideas? In my mind it has to be the Roon Server or Qobuz.

· TP Link AXE 5400 from Hitron CODA 56 modem. Blue Jeans cable straight from router to the streamer. Also did it with a Netgear NightHawk which I replaced blaming it for the issues. Nope.
I have been reading on Facebook with people having problems with Roon. I didn’t think anything of it until today I started having problems. It seemed like took for ever for a song to load and after it played it would take 3-5 minutes for the next song to play. A couple of times it just frooze and I had to restart it.
Please look into the latest tickets/threads here regarding the Qobuz issue. It’s already known, and roon is working on it. This may be the exact same issue you experience.
First forum search, then maybe posting, not vice versa
I don’t know if it happens with all Qobuz tracks that won’t play in Roon but sometimes, if I don’t change the music, more than half an hour later the track will start.
Can’t wait for the fix. Roon has been practically unusable for almost two weeks now. I know it’s not entirely Roon’s fault, but that doesn’t make the situation any less frustrating. A single failed track URL really shouldn’t bring the whole app to a halt.
Let’s hope Qobuz gets its act together sooner rather than later, this has been going on far too long.
· "David Gilmour Luck and Strange Concert Album" will not play some of the songs but if I play the same album in Qobuz it plays all the tracks. Same album used to play correctly. I have checked for updated versions of the album. Thanks
· OK for a couple of weeks now I can select an Album or playlist and Strat playing it. Then after a few tracks or sometimes more it just stops playing at the start of a new track and when you look at the 'Progess Bar' at the bottom of the screen there is a blueish line that just keeps going from 0.00 seconds played up to the end and then back again. I then have to click on another track to get it going again.

· I a using a Volume Rivo streamer and from there into a Denafrips Pontus DAC.
THANKS ! Once again, Dan, for your assistance. Right now I am just playing playlist from Tidal and not from playlist that I have put together. Working like it should
I’m trying to be patient, but the issue seems to be getting worse by the day. Not a single Qobuz song that I was able to play yesterday will play today. In fact, as far as I can tell, I’m not able to play any Qobuz tracks today.
EDIT: I tried contacting Qobuz customer service. Their AI bot told me that problem has been resolved and that I just needed to log out and then back in. I didn’t believe it (as I’ve tried this before). But low and behold, I’m now able to play some tracks. Not all of them. But some is better than none.
