Hope Santa brings you a Google Chromecast!, i use one here connected to my LG Oled .
I amazes folk when they notice that they can sing along to the words on the screen!

I used to purchase /download my music from Hyperion.
Happily their output is now available on Qobuz!.

This TV is for the gym. The other TVs are LG OLED, 48", 55" and 77". This HiSense made (er) sense since it is not for critical watching, merely to distract from the pain of exercise. It is not a bad TV however, just not of OLED quality.

Thank you, and the same to you.

My Right speaker is blocked by the tree every year.

I can imagine lots of folks have the issue during the holidays. We did some rearranging to our living room so we only need to relocate one recliner to another room during the holidays to make room for the tree. I know a lot of folks don’t have that option. And the tree probably enjoys the music.

It’s better than having the wrong speaker blocked.

And yes the optical wire running from the TV is too short and driving me crazy.

I was alone when unboxing the speakers and used KEF’s instructions on sliding them out instead of using my back. Well I chipped a bottom corner. If I was not so exhausted from the move, I would have cried. Need to figure out a repair. This is thicker than automotive paint.

I‘d be more worried with the speakers’ rear reflex ports up against the wall, if I were you!
Do you plug them to overcome that problem?

fwiw, the damage is not visible, to me at least, even with the pic embiggend.

The have two different port tubes depending on their position to the wall. I won’t be able to turn it up here anyway. I could block the with the bungs from my ls50’s

It is the left speaker in the bottom left corner. I am mainly concerned to stop it from chipping more.

I think that would work well. I will grab some during my next shop.

I’d go with a drop of superglue

PTFE furniture sliders

Slide them out for listening sessions, back in for domestic harmony

You’re on hard floors, so they’ll work a treat
