Interesting to see the same speakers as mine with a similar capability of amplification (300w that can easily handle 2ohm impedance), but quite different digital front ends. Mine is Innuos Pulsar into Holo May. Decor is also slightly different. My TV is 83” smaller than your intended.
Well done on the paint. I’m right there with you on Black front wall, ceiling and baseboards along with red side walls. Very theater-like. Kind of hard to see but you get the idea.
FWIW, I’d think long and hard about that OLED. There is nothing like a projector and screen to give you the real cinema experience.

Nope, not interested in a projector in the least. True blacks are very important to me, thus OLED. TV will also put out more Nits for HDR content.

As a matter of interest, did you try the kiis without the BXTs? I have kiis, albeit in a much smaller room, and have always wondered if the BXTs would be overkill in that context.

Yes I had the threes first.
I bought them knowing they were only going to meet my needs with the BXTs.
With the BXTs they improved everywhere even the top end. Treble is better isolated from the bass vibration.
Speed and cleaness of bass way better with BXTs. I suggest have a listen.

I spy a Theta Jade CD Transport, something you don’t often see, now or even back in the day. do you use the ST-optical output?

@woodford, you do indeed sir! It has seen stirling service in the past, but is very rarely used now as I have ripped all my CDs to the Innuos server - I keep it for any emergencies that may arise😁. It is actually connected to my DAC using an AES/EBU cable and does sound good when used😍. Unfortunately I am getting a bit too lazy to keep getting up and changing CDs😁!
