The app keeps closing

@support. Roon is installed on my Windows 10 pc. The software opens and closes after 10-20 seconds and requires to be reopened, perpetually. I tried on another pc and the problem is the same. This started happening about 4 days into my trial. Thanks,

Can you please post some more information regarding your setup as per Ged’s link? Have you tried rebooting your PC yet? I would give that a try as the first troubleshooting step. I would also make sure that Roon is listed as an exception in your Windows Firwall and on any antivirus applications you may have in case it is listed as a false-positive. Please let me know if that helps.
