What remote device are you using? What browser are you using?
Have you tried rebooting ROCK?

Dear, the login problem have resolved finally. Please check your Roon apps in your iPad/iPhone are updated the latest version, after the apps updated then try login Tidal under ‘Services’ again step by step. Done ; )
