hello. I have a problem with the tidal playlist.
It is visible in tidal, but roon does not see it.
I re-logged tidal in roon, restarted the server, unfortunately it does not help.
Maybe take a look at how it is with you?

Hi! Today my playlist was updated. What I did was adding songs to the playlist via the Roon App. Previously, something similar happened to me, but after 1 hour all the updated songs went away. Let’s see what happens now. Anyway, you can try.
UPDATE 1: It turned out that many of the songs had been duplicated. After applying the option “remove duplicates”, the numbers of Roon-based Tidal Playlist differs againg from the Tidal Playlist. But it was increased. No idea what is going on.
UPDATE 2: The number of songs was reduced also in Tidal. However, I had checked whether there were duplicates and that was not the case so no idea which songs were deleted.
Some of my playlists don't sync properly between Tidal and Roon. I can see more tracks in Tidal than Roon (several last tracks don't appear in Roon). I've tried to add couple of random tracks to those problematics playlists in Roon and they didn't sync to them, but, surprisingly, synced to other playlists. Apparently there's something wrong with these playlists. They have 150-300 tracks, which I'm syncing to them both from within Roon as well as from Tidal.

D-Link modem, Roon installed on a Mac mini connected to a DAC (Mola Mola) via USB cable.
The problem is that Tidal playlists have not been updated in Roon for several months. It has been out of sync with Tidal for a while now. Tidal itself continuously adjusts its playlists, but in Roon the content of the playlists remains the same. VB. My Mix 1 to My Mix 8 from Tidal, the folder is updated, but the contents have been the same for months. Through Roon Communicatie, Roon Labs does not respond at all to questions from members, I don't think this is normal and it shows poor service!!!
I need to clarify that, the two (2) new tracks were added from Tidal apps’ playlist.
This playlist should sync into Roon’s "Sentimental Hits’ playlist, shouldn’t it?
I have my roon server in a macbook air. Have a mesh network (TP link deco XE75) connected to a echolife huawei HG8145V5V3 modem, wired. Decos are wifi connected. The amp is a Hegel. Have been working perfectly for months but it's been several weeks it just does not syncronize new changes.
I’ve already read most of the other topics… please give me support. I understand the community oriented focus, but I’m not a “techy” and are a paid user. Please contact me or help me in the usual way most apps do… I love my roon app, so please do not send me to read other peoples problems…

Just to confirm, are you able to delete content within Roon from Tidal? Or, does any edit or update you make in Roon eventually revert itself?
I took a look at our internal tracker today and I can confirm that our development team has identified the root cause of the issue.
The ticket is actively being worked on, and the team is currently implementing a fix. While we don’t have an exact timeline for the resolution just yet, progress is underway.
