Tidal not working, Playlists unavailable

All my playlists show “Unavailable”.
I have zero access to tidal.
All was fine until my trial period ended.
What to do???

I’ve shifted your post into it’s own Support thread where it will get better visibility.

The first thing I would suggest is logging out and back in to your Tidal account in Roon. If that doesn’t resolve the issue then please set out details of your setup (I think you have a Nucleus Core ?) which will help the Support staff diagnose the problem.

Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so we can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.

Can you try logging out of TIDAL in Roon and logging back in?

Since noticing this behavior have you tried rebooting your Core machine?
