Tidal Playlists through Roon are "failing to load"

It works when I play through my Lumin D1 directly, but not through the Roon app. Please let me know if there is anything I need to do.

So we can better assist you, please provide a brief description of your current setup using this link as a guide.

Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so we can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.

Just to clarify, is it just playlists that aren’t playing properly or is it all TIDAL content? Does the same thing occur when playing to all endpoints (i.e. System Output of your Core or a remote)?
