And the dmp does multi channel pcm via hdmi no problem?
Really liking it. It is a pleasure to use, and so far it sounds excellent into my DAC. I need to put a few hours on it to be able to make comparisons but I’m very happy. The Roon Ready update offers more options tailored to the DMP-A6 and of course it is now correctly identified.

Even more important… does it still process native multichannel DSD through HDMI, with roon?

Just picked up the EverSolo yesterday. Yeah… this morning’s FW update has it set up perfectly in Roon as well. It is also easy to import apks to install other apps.
Quick Q: I don’t suppose there is any news of it being an NAA for HQPlayer? That’s about the only thing that is lacking.

Unlikely as it’s not available on Android which this runs on.
That’s a pity. I guess there’s no other way of using HQPlayer on Eversolo then?
Not currently no.
If you have a spare Raspberry Pi lying around you can feed that into the Eversolo over USB and that should be good for DSD512 if you’re HQPlayer machine can cope with it.
That is what I do my MA Mini-I pro 3 and a Zen DAC sug v2 and both work perfectly.
I use Roon on its own for most listening, but switch to HQPlayer when I feel the need.
Yes it does, shows as Native on Roon, Eversolo and DSD on my Denon X6300H screen

Just to confirm under the new firmware V1.1.75 that Multi-Channel Native DSD via Roon and outputted via HDMI is still outputted as Native DSD and not converted to PCM?
Glad to see this functionality wasn’t removed as a few people have this working under older firmware successfully and this is the only unit on the market that can currently do this Natively via HDMI with Roon.

I believe that the Exosound e88, can do this, but the A6 is at a price point most could afford. I am more than happy with it. Power and thanks to Roon and Eversolo in resolving the issue so quickly. I was apprehensive after upgrading the firmware to v1.1.75 but a seems to be working as on the box, now they can put RR back on.
Hi Andrew. The Exasound E88 can do this but not via HDMI making the A6 unique and the only product as of this time that can Natively via HDMI from Roon for those that want a 1 cable solution…
No 12V trigger out so still a bit of a show stopper for me - short of a Bobwire model DAT1 which it might just come to that.
Thanks for the clarification, the A6 does virtually everything I want with Roon and under its own steam.
