@support. Hello, out of around 100 Qobuz album purchases, 4 albums are consistently not showing in Roon under Qobuz - My Qobuz - Album Purchases. Can you investigate, please? Details below. Suggestions from anyone who has experienced similar and knows how to deal with welcome too! Have tried all I can think of …
I have checked that all 4 albums show up in Qobuz’ own interface, and can be streamed in the format I purchases them in. I have, resynced, rebooted Roon Server (1.6, build 390 on SonicTransport), cleared cache. closed and re-opened Roon interface on MacOS. No difference.
The albums are:
Let It Bleed, The Rolling Stones (24/88.2)
Release released by Abkco Music & Records, Inc. on 16 November 2014
Rock • 9 Tracks • 42m 17s
Privateering, Mark Knopfler (24/96)
Release released by Virgin EMI on 2 September 2012
Rock • 20 Tracks • 01h 29m 45s
Return To Ommadawn, Mike Oldfield (24/96)
Single released by Virgin EMI on 19 January 2017
Rock • 2 Tracks • 42m 08s
Ya Balad, Bachar Mar-Khalifé (24/48)
Release released by InFiné on 15 October 2015
Alternative & Indie • 11 Tracks • 47m 34s
When I search on these albums from within Roon, for the first three no Qobuz version with the identified bit rate is shown as available, despite all of them being correctly listed on Qobuz’ own application. I am located in the UK.
For the last one (Ya Balad) a FLAC 488Khz, 24 bit Qobuz version is presented, but when played in Roon it is downsampled to CD quality, as if I do not have a purchase (this would be normal for a non-purchase Qobuz album with my grandfathered HIFI Sublime subscription tier).
As mentioned, they are all available and do play in their full glory from the Qobuz desktop application (5.02 version on MacOS).
How do I get these purchases to present and play correctly via Roon?
Many thanks!
