Description of Issue
Since 1 week I can not launch the app. Once the App launched, when I tried to select a track the app crashed. I restarted all the systems (internet, Roon nucleus, Apple express) nothing changes.
I downloaded the app from your Website again and nothing changed.
I have tried restarting my Nucleus, this I have made no change.
Recently there were several cases where the Core got stuck on an older version and then current remote versions started to crash immediately. Probably worth going to the web admin interface of the Nucleus in a browser and verify that the RoonServer version is up to date. The correct current versions are:

Eek. The internet connection is OK and the Nucleus plugged in I assume?
Edit: Well I suppose it is or you wouldn’t be able to get to the web admin page in the first place. I think we are now at the point were we really need @support
Hi Amay,
Can you please share more about your internet connection:
Is there a modem? What is the routing device?
“Apple Express Roon” does this mean an Apple AirPort Express?
Which device is the nucleus connected to? To a Deco or to the router?
Thank you.
Hi Axel, thank you for the question
My internet provider is Routerless.
Router TP-Link Archer C2
Apple Express is connected to the Roon and allow the connection to the synology storage
See photo
What does this does this speed refer to, circled in red? It’s ridiculously slow at 2 Kbps. That doesn’t look “all good” at all despite the app claiming it is
I suspect what is shown here is just the current usage, and apparently pretty much idle here. I know the same thing from my modem’s ui.
First pic is nearly idle, i’m just typing something on my phone.
@Amay_Villazan
Is this correct?
Or is the throughput really that low?
If my guess is right, could you please try connecting your Nucleus to the TP-Link router with a LAN cable and see how it goes, initially without the synology storage?
Sorry, Amay, since two different threads were mixed in this thread, I overlooked it:
Your Core got stuck on an older version, so current remote versions keep crashing.
Please try to carry out the core update as soon as the nucleus is connected to your ISP router hardwired, as described above.
Indeed, which causes the remotes crashing and should be fixed by the Roon OS reinstall, but the problem has turned into the Roon OS failing to reinstall
Hi Wes, thanks for your message. I turned off the Nucleus because I wanted to take it to the Hi-Fi specialist. Now I have plugged it back in.
Thanks in advance and greetings
