Copying Custom Credits from one album to another?

The addition of custom credits is fantastic, but it requires a lot of work, that I am happy to do…once. The problem is I have many albums in multiple versions, ie: Original Release, Digital Remaster, DSD etc etc… So is there any way to copy ALL of the custom credits I have added form one album to another instead of having to re-enter them all for each copy of the album?

Is it possible to copy a Tidal metadata to a local ripped album

I have a lot of of unidentified albums, but I can found them on Tidal. How can I copy metadata between versions of an album?

A relatively common scenario: I add a Tidal album to my library, I find I like it and care about it so I edit the metadata (for my favorite music, Tidal rarely includes credits and Roon’s metadata ditto), a laborious process, then I find I like it so much I want to own it so I buy a download or CD, I make it Primary, but now I have edit the meatadata all over again. Replacing Tidal albums with local ones - any way to keep play history/counts etc

This might be a simple one but not sure how to do it if it’s possible. Have recently started buying quite a lot of my favourite Tidal albums - either download or CD rip. Once I add them, assuming all identifies, I set the local copy to primary. But then all the play counts are ‘zero’. Is there any way to carry this info over? Albums sorted by most played is one of my most common views, so that causes a bit of an issue, but also would like to keep the play counts anyway (and favourite tracks …

Eliminate LOCAL / STREAMING redundancies or inconsistencies

To those two types of redundancies, I would add a third one, the choices made by the Roon radio. If I understand it’s functionality correctly, it either chooses from all albums in one’s library (local AND streaming) OR it picks titles from the local library ONLY (done by ticking a playlist option). The problem occurs when the default option is enabled (local + streaming): if one owns a local version of a certain material (song, composition…), the radio will nonetheless play the streaming versio…

This is not “just” a feature request. It is a request to give priority to the library/non-library issue that creates plenty of problems for other features. It creates difficulties, inconsistencies, and incomprehensible complexities. For starters, it is close to impossible to get library versions of tracks in a (local copy of) Tidal playlists. As a result, tagging can’t be used for plenty of tracks… even if they are in your library, because, often it is not the library-version that you find in yo…
