New account - Both Roon App or Roon ARC report Unexpected Error

I registered an account two days ago, neither Roon App nor Roon ARC could log in with an Unexpected Error: UnexpectedError message, but I can log in to the official website through the browser without problem.

I have tried restarting/reinstalling the app many times, and changing various network and computer settings.

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013) with macOS 17.7
iPhone 14 Pro with iOS 16.4

However, how can the Roon ARC on iOS be able to log in?
