No need for another feature request topic on this.
I’ve seen discussion about these services floating around here but no straight answer, so I’m making a thread to directly address the question.
Will Roon be integrating with Apple Music and/or Spotify, and if so, when? If not, why?
I have a hard time believing Roon will ever catch on without Spotify support. It’s the CD of the 2010s. I also known the Spotify team has become cocky and overly self-confident. What can Roon do to gain its support and get Spotify implemented into Roon?

As it seems Qobuz is to big a risk for roon to develop support for it, how about support for Deezer or is that in receivership as well?
Ideally with a 192k stream api of the desktop app rather than the lower rate of other apis.
Would it be possible for Roon to support Sirius XM Music?
I usually listen to my music library through Roon, but it would be really nice to have more options, I figured it doesn’t hurt to ask.
I would love to be able to select Radio Paradise FLAC stream directly from the hamburger menu, and of course being able to see their metadata on the Now Playing screen as well as any Displays attached.
As of today you can add and play this stream from Internet Radio, but it is not really a Roon experience as the stream does not carry any metadata.
Please Roon! Have a look at how Bluesound solved this and let use enjoy the fine quality and selection of Bill and his crew from RP within Roon!

Please, you could considerer include support for IDAGIO. In my opinion, IDAGIO is the best streaming service for classical music lovers. It’s lossless and share with ROON, his wonderful metadata orientation.

I’m new to Roon and Tidal, and very happy with it. I used Rhapsody (now Napster) and Sonos before, and still run that–especially since my wife knows Sonos and has been resistant to learning a new system. I’ve noticed that a fair number of albums that are in my Napster library can’t be found on Tidal. These are mostly in the folk/singer-songwriter category. Any chance of Roon partnering with Napster?

I use Bandcamp quite a lot and have found a ton of great albums I’ve purchased through it.
The issue is I have a large library of 8000+ albums and all are identified except 169 which I would say 90% are the Bandcamp albums. It’d be cool if the rich metadata for those albums could be brought into Roon.
Not sure if I like the purchasing side of BC to be brought into Roon, but maybe customer collections,what’s new, top sellers…etc. much like the Roon/Tidal page.
